Ingredientai
6 porcijos:
1 didelis smulkiai pjaustytas svogūnas;
1 grūsta česnako skiltelė;
900 g miltingų pjaustytų kubeliais bulvių;
2 smulkinti salierų lapkočiai;
1,2 litro daržovių sultinio;
250 g šviežių špinatų lapų;
200 g neriebaus baltojo sūrio;
300 ml pieno;
šlakelis sauso chereso;
druskos ir maltų juodųjų pipirų;
skrebučių ir smulkintų šviežių petražolių (puošti).
Paruošimas
1. Į didelį prikaistuvį sudėkite svogūną, česnaką, bulves ir salierus. Supilkite sultinį ir virkite 20 minučių.
2. Pagardinkite sriubą prieskoniais, sudėkite špinatus ir virkite dar 10 minučių. Nukelkite nuo ugnies ir palikite, kad šiek tiek atvėstų.
3. Sutrinkite sriubą ir supilkite atgal į prikaistuvį. Įmaišykite baltąjį sūrį ir pieną, tuomet pašildykite. Patikrinkite, ar pakanka prieskonių ir įpilkite šlakelį chereso. Patiekite apibarstytą skrebučiais ir smulkintomis petražolėmis.
Špinatai pripildo šią neriebią sriubą antioksidantais.
